What Lenucs owns
Lenucs Pty Ltd owns, or is licensed to use, the Lenucs Console software and platform, its source code, user interface, design, infrastructure configuration, documentation, the Lenucs name and logo, and other Lenucs branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission. Open-source components are used under their own licences.
What customers own
Customers own their content: form questions and design choices, product descriptions, images they own, prices, logos and other business materials, and the data they collect. Customers give Lenucs only the limited licence in the Terms of Service, to host and display that content in order to provide the service.
Third-party rights
Third-party trademarks, logos and content, including the names and icons of social networks and payment providers, belong to their owners. Showing them in Console or on a customer’s page does not mean the owner endorses Lenucs or that customer. Customers must have the rights to any third-party material they publish.
Reporting infringing content
If you believe content on lenucs.link infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a notice through our contact form (choose “Legal”) with:
- your name and contact details, and who you act for;
- the work or mark you say is infringed;
- the exact web address of the content;
- why you believe it infringes, and that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
- your signature (an electronic signature is fine).
This follows the take-down notice requirements in section 77 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002. We review notices promptly, and we may pause the content while we do. We tell the customer and give them a chance to respond. Content that is clearly infringing is removed, and repeat infringers may lose access. Knowingly false notices can lead to liability.
If your content was removed
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, reply through our contact form (choose “Legal”) with your explanation and evidence of your rights. Where appropriate we will restore the content or refer the dispute to the parties.
