What Lenucs AI is
Lenucs AI is an assistant inside Console. It can summarise leads and customers, suggest next steps and draft messages using your workspace data. It is a paid feature, available on Business, Pro and Enterprise Plans when AI is switched on for the service.
These AI Terms add to the Terms of Service.
Monthly usage
Each paid Plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance. Console shows how much you have used, for example “80% of monthly AI usage used”. When the allowance is used up you’ll see: “Your monthly AI usage limit has been reached. Top up to add more balance or wait until your allowance resets.” Allowances reset each month and unused usage doesn’t carry over. A request that fails isn’t counted.
Top-ups
Self-service top-ups are not available online yet. Extra usage can be arranged with us. Prices and terms will be shown before any purchase.
What data AI uses
When someone in your workspace asks Lenucs AI something, we send the request to our AI provider (currently Google, through the paid Gemini API) with:
- the question and up to ten recent messages in that chat;
- the workspace records needed to answer it, limited to what that person is allowed to see. This can include lead or customer names, contact details, notes, tasks, form answers, revenue and dashboard figures.
- What we keep: a usage record (who, which action, model and number of tokens) for limits and billing. We don’t store the questions or answers.
- The AI provider processes the request to generate the answer under the Gemini API terms for paid services. Under those terms Google does not use prompts or responses to improve its products, and keeps them only for a limited time to detect abuse.
- Lenucs does not use your content to train AI models.
See the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors.
Your responsibilities
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Review it before you use or send it.
- Lenucs AI is an assistance tool. You remain responsible for your decisions and for anything you send to customers.
- It does not give legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice.
- Don’t include special personal information, passwords or payment details in AI requests, and don’t ask AI to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects on them.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy: no attempts to misuse the model, extract other customers’ data or get around usage limits.
Changes
AI models and providers change quickly. If we change our AI provider, we will update the Subprocessors page first. If we materially change how AI uses your data, we will update these terms and tell workspace owners.
