Where payments stand today
Online payments are not live yet
Console does not take online payments yet. This policy applies to any paid Plan we arrange with you directly, and to online payments when they open.
Your statutory rights come first
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 or any other law that can’t be excluded. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or a refund, that right applies even if this policy says otherwise. The rest of this page describes what we offer voluntarily on top of those rights.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep the paid Plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then the Workspace moves to Free. We don’t charge cancellation fees.
Until self-service cancellation is available in Console under Billing, cancel by contacting our contact form (choose “Billing”) from the workspace owner’s account. We will confirm in writing.
When we refund
- Duplicate or accidental payments: refunded in full when reported within 30 days.
- Unauthorised transactions: refunded in full once confirmed. We may suspend the account while we investigate.
- Service failure: if we fail to provide a paid feature for a significant time because of a fault on our side, we refund or credit the affected period.
- Yearly subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal and the unused period is not refunded, unless the law or this policy says otherwise.
- Monthly subscriptions: unused parts of a month are not refunded when you cancel, unless the law or this policy says otherwise.
- If we end the agreement for convenience: we refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
- Suspension for breaking our rules: no refund for the suspended period, unless the law requires one.
Trials, promotions, AI usage and top-ups
- Free trials and promotional Plans have no charge, so there is nothing to refund. If a trial turns into a paid Plan, we will say so clearly before the first charge.
- Monthly AI usage included in a Plan is not refundable and does not carry over.
- If paid AI top-ups are introduced, the terms for unused top-up balance will be shown before purchase.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider, normally within 10 business days of approval. When it reaches you depends on your bank. If that method can’t receive it, we will arrange another way after checking your identity.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a chargeback is opened, we will respond using our payment records, and paid features may pause until it is resolved. Chargebacks found to be unjustified may lead to suspension under the Terms.
Purchases from merchants
Lenucs is not the seller of goods or services offered through Product Links. Refunds and returns for those purchases are between the buyer and the merchant, under the merchant’s terms and consumer law. You can report a merchant to us from the product page.
Asking for a refund
Contact our contact form (choose “Billing”) with the workspace name, payment date, amount and reason. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
